With its "TOP CONSULTANT" award, compamedia GmbH is the first to recognize consulting companies that are especially competent for small and medium-sized companies.

Dr. Dietmar Fink, Professor for Management Consulting and Development at the university Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, has developed a procedure for TOP CONSULTANT that evaluates the quality of management consultancies.

Essential for the award of TOP CONSULTANT is a customer-appropriate consulting performance oriented on small and medium-sized companies. To evaluate this, Professor Fink asks selected customers of the consulting firm about professionalism, satisfaction and consulting performance. The test's nine-part rating scale ranges from of C- to A+. Management Partner was graded A or A+ in all categories and so is one of the best of those allowed to use the TOP CONSULTANT quality seal.
